Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RSD Solutions Project Manager ("Advancit", "the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Application. These terms apply to all users, including employees and contractors of RSD Solutions LLC.
Access and Eligibility
Access to the Application is granted solely to individuals explicitly authorized by RSD Solutions LLC. Authorization may be revoked at any time, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of RSD Solutions LLC. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access the Application and must notify RSD Solutions LLC immediately of any unauthorized access.
Permitted Use
The Application is provided exclusively for legitimate business purposes in connection with your role at or engagement with RSD Solutions LLC. You agree not to:
- Access the Application for any purpose outside your authorized role
- Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or security measures
- Scrape, copy, or export data from the Application without authorization
- Share your account credentials or access with any other person
- Use the Application in any way that violates applicable law
Confidentiality
All information accessible through the Application — including but not limited to project data, client information, financial records, schedules, and personnel details — is confidential and proprietary to RSD Solutions LLC. You agree to treat all such information as confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written authorization.
Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, code, content, and functionality, is owned by RSD Solutions LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Application. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the Application, including timesheets, expense records, and project data. RSD Solutions LLC reserves the right to correct or remove inaccurate data and to take appropriate action in response to deliberate misrepresentation.
Availability
RSD Solutions LLC makes no guarantee that the Application will be available at any particular time or without interruption. The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSD Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the Application in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
RSD Solutions LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Application ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts.
Changes to These Terms
RSD Solutions LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify authorized users of material changes.
