Overview
RSD Solutions Project Manager ("Advancit") is a private, access-restricted application operated by RSD Solutions LLC for use by authorized staff and contractors only. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you sign in to the application.
Information We Collect
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive the following information from Google:
- Your email address
- Your name
- Your Google profile picture (used for display purposes only)
We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google service beyond basic profile identification.
How We Use Your Information
The information collected from Google is used solely to:
- Verify your identity and authenticate you into the application
- Match your account to your staff record to determine your access level
- Display your name within the application interface
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the application.
Data Storage
Authentication sessions are managed by Supabase (Supabase Inc.), our database and authentication provider. Your email address and profile information are stored in our Supabase-hosted database solely to maintain your account record. Data is stored on servers located in the United States.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Supabase Inc. — for authentication and database services
- As required by law or to protect the rights of RSD Solutions LLC
Access Control
Access to this application is restricted to individuals who have been explicitly authorized by RSD Solutions LLC. Unauthorized users who sign in with Google will not be granted access and their information will not be retained.
Data Retention
Your account information is retained for as long as your staff or contractor relationship with RSD Solutions LLC is active. Upon termination of that relationship, your account access is revoked. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the address below.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
